Artist: Raynor (Ray) Warner

Bio:
Raynor Mitchell Warner has spent his life creating art through drawing, painting, and sculpture. Now in his eighties, he is sharing his work more broadly after decades of artistic exploration alongside a distinguished career as an architect. For more than 50 years, Warner has designed residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, as well as restored significant historic architecture throughout New England and New York. He co-authored New Profits from Old Buildings, published by McGraw Hill, documenting notable historic adaptive reuse projects across the country.

Throughout his architectural career, Warner continued studying and creating art, including painting and sculpture at the Art Students League in New York, sculpture studies with Florence Knoll at Columbia University, and art history at Harvard. His artwork can be found in private collections among family and friends, reflecting a lifelong dedication to creative expression and design.
