Bio:
Ronn T. Mattia is a sculptor, artist, and designer whose creative practice spans more than 30 years. His artistic journey began while working with his parents at Mattia’s Art and Glass Studio, where collaborating on stained glass repair and design inspired his continued exploration of repurposed steel and glass as primary materials.

Influenced by his love of nature, Mattia creates sculptures that combine industrial materials with organic forms and a sense of balance. He has exhibited his work since the early 2000s and has been represented in exhibitions across the United States, from New Hampshire to Florida to Arizona.

His permanent installations can be found at locations including the Ludovico Sculpture Trail in Seneca Falls, New York, and the LARAC Lapham Gallery in Glens Falls. Mattia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in sculpture and design from the State University of New York at Cortland and is actively involved with several artist organizations, including the Guild of Adirondack Artists, North Country Arts, Lower Adirondack Regional Arts (LARAC), Saratoga Arts, New England Sculptors Association, and Rockport Art Association & Museum.
