Dejan Pejovic is a multidisciplinary artist whose journey began in junior high woodshop, carving a walnut bowl and discovering the creative power of improvisation after a mistake. With a background in design, model/pattern making, and furniture construction during the 1970s and 80s, Pejovic merges the structural precision of engineering with the freedom of artistic exploration. His public commissions often balance these disciplines, and outdoor exhibitions offer him an ideal opportunity to bring the two together.
