As an Alum of the defunct small school Windham College (1962-1976), Putney, Vermont, Michael Tillyer, a student of Charles Ginnever, Peter Forakis, and David Rohn, specializing in sculpture and watercolor, and additionally, English with a special focus on overreaching clauses, went on to develop a nearly fifty-year career as a studio artist, culminating in the founding and direction of the Anchor House of Artists, the New England Visionary Artists Museum in Northampton, Massachusetts, finally, in this figure Cyclops at NBOSS, 2023.
