Resident of Glens Falls, NY

I have been creating abstract sculpture since 1987. I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 1989 with a BA; emphasis in sculpture and design.

My love for art and creating began early while working in my family's stained and leaded glass business in Staten Island, Mattia’s Art and Glass Studio.

The experience of working with my parents to design, create and repair stained glass inspired my primary mediums of repurposed steel and glass. My love of nature has helped to influence the design of my work.

Since the early 2000s, I have exhibited my sculptures in exterior sculpture gardens and public spaces from New Hampshire to New York and all along the east coast, and also in multiple galleries in Arizona. Recently, I have become actively involved with LARAC, Lower Adirondack Regional Arts, in Glens Falls as a member and an exhibitor of several shows and several galleries in the Saratoga - Glens Falls area.
